Morning. Somehow I have managed to re-aggravate my PF/tibial stress issues that plagued me last yr. It gave me a sudden "ouch" on our walk on Weds and while I thought it was better after some rolling, it's not. So enforced rest day with stretching and rolling today. Ideally I'd call physio and get her to blast it with the shockwave but that's hardly possible at the no. Ho hum!

Feel your pain TM :-( calf stretches and hamstring stretches and soleus stretches all help for me but not on cold muscles

Thanks Dipps x. I know it's sthg that's always likely to be a weakness and flare up, but now is *really* not a good time seeing as I'm using running and long walks to keep sane! Hoping it eases off over the next few days. Even short run/walks will be better than nothing, but I'm not going to attempt anything today (except some stretches)

Morning! Bootcamp was gentle this morning and I'm out shortly for 30 min "easy" - warming up for a LSR tomorrow. I might even try to skip since I have a few square inches of ice-free paving out front.

Other big challenge of today is to get to the end of it without arguing with teen....

um
Decided on a rest day yesterday (bit murky & colder), but by mid afternoon it was hot & sunny again. So took a walk.

Today's (well, yesterday's) white flowers, hopefully without controversy. They're all over and although wild, very pleasantly fragrant (if you like the smell). Milder & sweeter than the tame ones.

Raining at the moment ...

I do too. I thoroughly enjoyed my lovely lonely blast in the rain, in shorts & waterproof jacket to reduce washing, successful single outing multitasking in Wilco for necessities (& unnecessaries but nices) followed by a weight bearing walk home.

I’m sorry, Tm, (& serendippily) fingers crossed its a minor twinge.
