Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Morning! Dog walking for me in a mo. Then if the rain arrives as forecast I could do some housework. Oh, the joys of lockdown ;-)

Morning. Terrible night.

Impressed by Teebee's early run. I'm going to try a run this morning. It looks lovely out.

Morning. May have a night walk with c9 later. Foot still sore, face still itchy and husband is a cross between a duckling and a small boy with his shaved head and cap. I slept ok though and have a friendly zoom call later which I’m looking forward to

Morning, lovely people!
Only half a day at my laptop today. Run this afternoon with the little dog (probably in the rain) - going to go for 5 K for the first time in yonks.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
