So I would have had a small glass of wine (95c) or a g&t (52c)

However I noticed calories were very low for the day so ended off with sticky toffee pudding and cream 🤣 fatal at least it’s gone, knew I should have binned it earlier in the week.

Interim weigh in Monday and official weigh in today and over the moon with 2lb loss. I’ve got the new scales working although it confuses me I might have to remove Ellie (dog) from my profile. I’ll stick to weighing her on my other scales.

How are we all doing?

Thought I’d add this. My stats are showing other than weight, BMI & metabolic age all are within standard Thought I’d add for accountability and so I can check back and hopefully see progress. Seems the app shows weight loss to go but not what you have lost.

In other news chuffed to see OH last night had his fruit out for the day and a bottle of water - getting him to drink water is a challenge. He got weighed also I’d say he’s leaner than me but his stats have room for a lot more improvement so I think he got a bit of a shock. His bone mass was low 😬 it does help when he’s onboard with me.

I’m quite depressed by my size and apparent inability to change it. Putting off going out at the moment because I have so few clothes that fit. Sensible me is battling with self-destructive me.

It’s a story many of us can relate to SarahWoo. I have been like that a lot in the past and could see myself going that way as weight was creeping up and I wasn’t addressing it. Something about the start of a new year has helped.

I won’t lie seeing my cousin looking so good (even if via dramatic ways) has given me a push to get a grip.

It helps me not looking at the bigger picture but focusing on little steps. My other cousin is aiming to get her weight under control and I’ve said to her the same little changes don’t do everything at once. She’s over the moon she’s lost 4lb this week and doesn’t feel like she’s dieting.

Is there anything we can do to help? (((()))

A measly 0.3kg off this week, despite sticking to the meal plan and exercise almost 100%. However, I am continuing to focus on the processes involved and now worry what the scale say as they can fluctuate so much in 24 hours. I am on a general downward trajectory and that continues over time.

Thought I'd pop by and say hello to all folks battling against the heft, as currently just over a stone heavier than this time last year.
I would quite like it gone so will start by simply ramping up the training and reducing beer and biscuit intake and see what happens.
