Lip Gloss
Just saw a photo on FB from this day 2017 and I look thin....the year my son got married - I was really strict then - just can't do it just now. Last year marathon training so kept it off. I need to have a focus.

Sweetie that always surprises me with the bike - sometimes it just happens and its like ????
LG i showed my daughter a photo of me from a while ago ( a good few years) and in that photo I was hiding my tummy as I felt it was bloated - she told me I looked too thin and I certainly wouldnt want to get back to that weight now. I just dont want to be so round...

Have lost the plot a bit and gone back up again this last week, but I' m hoping at least some of it is water retention after some hard work and a minor injury. I must step away from the biscuits.

Fragile Do Not Bend
My weight is all on my tummy too (and the bit between my waist and my bra band). I don’t mind how I look from the front as long as I’m not wearing a tight top, but from the side I think I look several months pregnant.

I really don't care what I look like anymore, to be honest what I see in the mirror is more or less OK, as long as I don't look too closely or jump up and down
- I just want to carry less weight to make running easier and more comfortable!

OK I'm on this now. I've managed 2 days sticking to the plan without craving any carbs. One of the staff had made everyone a massive cookie each (she thought about 1000 cals each) as a "Welcome back to school" treat. I wasn't even tempted to have mine - and I'm a bit of a cookie fan.
I'm going to log what I eat each day to keep me accountable, if that's ok. Breakfast - apple with almond butter Lunch - crab and mustard lettuce wraps Tea - Prawns and leek courgetti.
My only "cheat" is having a spoon of sugar in - I can't drink it without; I've tried many times to wean off it but can't stand the taste without.

I seem destined to only loose weight at SW every other week! After a maintain last week I had lost 3lb this week so yippee. Down 9lb in total, and another 6lb that I lost in January before I joined SW. So got my half stone award and slimmer of the week! Just need to keep going now. Running every day helps.

We are so hard on ourselves aren't we, I see photos from years back when I thought I was fat and gosh to be that fat now!!! I also carry my weight on my tummy.
Have to say Rosehip for quite a while now I've come to terms with whatever size I am is the size I am, I eat fairly healthy, I exercise and I'm cool with that to a certain extent, people I care about still love me so thats all I need. My main focus for losing weight is to make my running easier. Yes to fit into clothes better would be a nice side effect too.
My colleague today said I was looking thinner, the scales and even the tape measure don't say this but my clothes do. Why do we obsess over numbers?
I've been filling in the questionnaire for the nutritionalist it has been quite eye opening I didnt know I had the level of stress with things as I have. We have my first call on Friday she will have had 10 days of food diaries to ponder over by then so I am keen to know what she thinks I can do better.
Well done on avoiding the cookie GM 1000cal for a cookie is unreal!!
