Happy birthday Billy.
I have parkrunned. I had to run all the way there and back as it's our race tomorrow so I won't be running but marshalling. We have the reputation of having the best marshalled race in the area. I bought a cow bell last year so I might christen that and hope I don't annoy the neighbours too much.

Afternoon. Happy birthday LindsD's Billy (so you decided to forego the parkrun after all, Linds?) Bit puzzled by the cowbell AR. Is it connected with the marshaling?

Down our part of the world, people sometimes ring cowbells for encouragement instead of clapping.

Cowbells is a cycling thing (to encourage riders on the alpine climbs) that has spilled over into running, I think.
Cross country with the club tomorrow. It's three years since I last did it! Eek!
