Boo for the bad news. Yay for the good.
7 miles for me today. Had intended 2 pre & 2 post park run. With 3 tail running miles in the middle. Ended up with 3 tail walking miles. 50 mins and the last lady didn't even bother finishing with a few hundred yards to go!
So after coffee, did my 3 running miles. Have logged the tail "running" as cross training. So 20,000 steps and 10 miles covered today.
Hope you've calmed down LG!

My car got washed & hoovered to calm me down after I had to find somewhere to park near the train station...U Sq was saying it was at least a 10 minute drive round to find a space....no patience for that today

Hooray for Leaflet's job, hooray for FML's medal (really lovely medal!), hooray for Dio's first proper run back, hooray for coachie's lovely moor run
and boo to all the shit stuff
I did 4 miles: to Sainsburys and back and then to the swimming pool and back. Also had a lovely splash about with ds2, I never know why we don't go swimming every week as ds2 and I always have fun. I think I usually try to get ds1 to come along too and either he refuses and they end up doing some other type of sport, or he comes and then spends the whole time trying to drown his brother...
