Another glorious drying day down here on the South Coast.

After getting home from parkrun this morning, I put the washing machine on & now the clothes are drying nicely on the line.

Being a miserable so & so, I hope it's not this hot next Saturday for the Beachy Head Marathon. If it is, I'll definitely have to take it easy.

I hung some cycling shoe covers out to let the worst of the water drip off after washing the mud off them on Monday. I've just noticed that they're still on the line. I hope neoprene is frost-tolerant.

Well, today is practically a repeat of my previous blog.

I ran the Arena 80 10k this morning. Same old story, sun shining down out of a cloudless blue sky. Crikey it was hot.

When I got home, I chucked my running gear & a few other odd's & sod's in the washing machine & it's all drying nicely on the washing line now.

It's the fag end of October & I can't believe it. Washing out on the line in glorious sunshine & we are still picking tomatoes out of the greenhouse. Unheard of for this time of year.

Load of colours out - it’s Baltic but dry outside and I’m optimistic I didn’t waste my time getting cold :-)

Weather forecast: Shall I hang my washing or not ? Check here:

Terminology: 'Fluffing' -- Going out and runninng your hands over the washing just to feel whether still moist. Sometimes not needed but we all like to fluff

'Melvyn' - where you run you fingers through your washing, you think it's damp but you're not sure. It could be dry. You leave out or take in? you've done a Melvyn'.

Also for sharing photos of 'Extreme pegging'. Plastic or wooden they are all embraced here :)
