Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Every time there's a good drying day, I think what a shame it is that I have no washing to hang out. I'm almost at the point where I consider it a waste of a day.

I discovered yesterday that we have an odd-number of matching pegs. Therefore some garments had to go up with odd pegs. Drove me nuts, I tells ya!

I'm just about to hang some out. The socks will be going up in pairs and the shirts will be hung upside down so they don't get knobbly shoulders.

I get properly freaked when I have exactly the right number of pegs for the washing I've done...or is it the karma-washing fairies helping me out? :-)

Nightmare.
Washed a white tablecloth yesterday. Wasn't quite right, so washed it again. Took it out to hang, dropped it in the kids' sandpit, so washed it again. By the time it was actually hung to dry, the sun had set. It's still dripping wet this morning.
