But frustratingly, having dropped the car off at 9am this morning for a service and MOT, I hadn't had any phone calls letting me know it was ready. Just phoned the garage and it will be ready at 4:45pm (and obviously the sun has now gone in - grrrr)

By way of intro - pleased to advise that the walking stick I keep beside the bed (for flare-ups of Rheumatoid Arthritis) currently has dust on it, it's been that long since I needed it. Which also means I'm a bit sloppy with the housework

It's fairly old and still has the separate changing areas. However, work has just started on building its' replacement, and that will have one changing village.
