Clare - I think you ignore the first "j" and pronounce the second one more as an "i"
Steady on SM6 - if you're anything like me (and I fear that you may be) a MP of 6:57 is dangerously close to thinking "having a dart at sub-3 might be a good idea" territory - it isn't
Good miles CW and Flatlander, I've never done an autumn marathon before and having to go out at 7:30 on a Sunday morning before it gets too hot is a right shock to the system. Makes me all nostalgic for those long runs on crisp winter mornings

CW, I'd second what Clare said. I'd also recommend building mileage slowly over a number of weeks. Whilst I can only see your last 4 weeks of training, I did notice that Sunday's run was 10km further than your next longest run in that period.

That's what the VO2 max suggests you are capable of Huntsman, unfortunately to run a marathon needs a tad more than good VO2max

I think I need to do a few more miles and a bit more weight dropping before I can start to dream lol
