It's a massive failure on the part of the organisation not to implement such a simple step. Event teams take crap all the time because people get angry about not knowing about cancellations. I see they have added a prominent link to the safeguarding policy though. That's great. Millions of people will find that useful.

Issue for some being not just the course, but access, as no time for roads to have been cleared.
