I ran a runny race last night. 3 laps round the Hoggenberg and somehow managed a 5k seasons best and fastest time for 3 years. So that's quite pleasing. Swam this morning and am now drowning myself in tea in an attempt to warm up. Oh yeah, and I entered a d******* for Sunday.
