This is a cut/paste for Smell and O50 so apologies for the repetition:
The 'Apple Wacth ECG' was 'asymptomatic' according to the doctor but I'm going back for an 'proper' ECG this evening (16:40).
Blood pressure is high but not astronomically so (127/90 today). I'm to get a home blood pressure gadget and monitor myself morning and evening for a week. I'm having a full blood test at the end of the month. We'll take it from there.
So... all down to this evening's ECG. She (the doctor) said my pulse felt somewhat 'irregular'. We shall see. At this point I'm still frightened but perhaps very slightly less than I was an hour ago.

Good luck Greg at the Docs.
No training last night baby sitting duties instead, could I class that as cross training?

Reasonably good news Greppers. All the best for this evening.
I have to do the home blood pressure readings quite regularly.

Bum indeed, but ultimately so much better to have it diagnosed and treated than to be wandering around with it undiagnosed.

Objectively yes, Sweeters. But I was happy being ignorant. I know that's not a helpful way to feel but I do. Grrrrr. I hate being ill in any way or form.
