Better on the South Coast than the North today. A bit of a chill wind one way but I've had a lot worse.

Hard work but it kept me warm, in fact my buff afterwards was dripping with sweat despite a wintry blast on country lanes

Sounds a nice run Bowman
Well done those who got out
Planned rest day today. Leg feels ok after yesterday’s run.

Bad weather? We laugh in its face [but not yesterday!] Good work, Bowman and Dunc too
Even at 9.30pm, the N wind was touching 18mph, so I was pleased to get my assist after trails & beach past the baths and over Burbo Bank to the coastguard station (as was). Here, much flotsam to negotiate at first but then the sand was firm but with thousands of tiny impressions, as if there'd been heavy rain. 65 min.

Sub zero, but I got to say hello to the sun! (while dodging all the sheet ice)

4 miles this morning. Light coating of snow(if you can call it that). Not too bad out and enjoyed the run. Had to jump over a couple trees

Clear, cold and chilly, not too slippy with a dusting of snow.
Only problem was fallen trees, going around, over and under them.
