You reply to me instead of the person who needs the information, and you send the wrong information anyway. If this is some kind of attempt to get me to stop delegating tasks to you when they are clearly your area of expertise, forget it. Just f***ing read the emails and do as you're told, instead of gratuitously increasing my workload by explaining everything to you twice, once in English and once in idiot (which I don't speak as well as you do I'm afraid). [Not to mention the time spent calming myself down enough to phrase a diplomatic "perhaps I wasn't clear enough about what was needed" message.]

I didn't have to stand there for another half an hour whilst someone unpacked, re-scanned and re-packed ALL my shopping. Bloody strawberries.
