You really need to sort out the subscription options on your app. That's twice I've signed up for the 6 month option with 10% discount and it's set me up with monthly payments (without the discount). It's also not the first time it has locked me out of the f*ckin app on the date that the next monthly payment is due despite the money coming out of my account.
