Getting a Teams meeting invite from someone in IT at work I don't know (to talk about a project I requested support with) doesn't make me anxious and want to ignore it Also, taking 10 minutes to clear out my pedestal drawers earlier was much needed and wasn't procrastination at all. |

[ @Grast_girl don't disagree, would make my life better not to have to do it, the nature of my job as enabling technology rather than research these days means I don't have a lot to put in, but I have to manage this guy and getting *anything* out of him is a nightmare]

Blender is completely intuitive and is not in the top three things I'd like to punch today, and it says nothing about number 1 and number 2 that this nightmarish UI isn't in fact number 1.

[I will agree with you on that one! And of course you can't guarantee consistency of UI / UX between versions. I can just about get it to do what I want, but I also drop to the python interface for some things.] |

Dear Mr cyclist who turned right across me (also on a bike) It would have been nice if you have just maybe made eye contact to acknowledge the fact that you were cutting me up. And you, Ms car driver - thanks for turning across me and then stopping, meaning I had to ride on the pavement. |

well that was a useful and joyful spending of my work time. So glad to be summoned to a study day about youth - of which there are none in my work place - and to hear more about youth workers and youth connectors - none of whom will work here because there is no youth to work or connect with!! [at least the chicken curry lunch was nice. There is that] |
