[I will agree with you on that one! And of course you can't guarantee consistency of UI / UX between versions. I can just about get it to do what I want, but I also drop to the python interface for some things.]

So glad to be summoned to a study day about youth - of which there are none in my work place - and to hear more about youth workers and youth connectors - none of whom will work here because there is no youth to work or connect with!! [at least the chicken curry lunch was nice. There is that]
