Especially after I asked you to send me the paperwork over a week ago, knowing that it needs to be sent in tomorrow the latest. Giving me just one day is perfectly fine and acceptable. I have really done my best and not just grumpily jotted down whatever came into my mind. I love ministerial development reviews, they are so useful and make such a difference. [I have re-read it and amended some very grumpy bits. But am still going to sound like the grumpy cow I am]

I haven't spent the afternoon so far crying on my sofa, nursing my gammy knee and getting more depressed looking at websites for a down jacket. Because no one over a size 16 wants to spend time outdoors apparently
