So I'll need to take my bottles and cans into town by car, while the council recycling truck is driving up to my house to find an empty recycling bin. I'm not knocking the scheme, I just don't understand how I could make it work for me. I also don't understand why we're getting a second recycling bin in aberdeenshire at the same time we'll be putting less in it due to the deposit scheme.
