How, when I have read a message I typed on my phone twice over, does auto correct turn it into nonsense when I hit send?

Why the A90 at Stonehaven, a very new dual carriageway, and Aberdeen bypass, is built so that north-south traffic and south-north traffic have to cross each other on the level.

Always wanted to know that too. In order to stay on the A90 you have to leave the A90. It's the same at the other side near Potterton.

We have two roads names in the greater Chelmsford area - A130 and A414 - which seem to be assigned at random to lumps of disconnected dual carriageway.

If someone suggests you take the A414 the usual answer is 'which one'.

What a "Smash burger" is and why they seem to be on menus everywhere now.

I could Google it, but I feel like knowing is worse than not knowing.

Why is being 'jungle fresh' considered a desirable quality in salted peanuts?

Similarly; why is being 'marathon fresh' a desirable quality in running socks? Last time I ran a marathon I was anything but "fresh."

FOMO got the better of me, so I Googled "Smash Burger". Sounds suspiciously like griddled mince to me.
