Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Nice little house, but is it a bit near the river, in case of flooding?

This is a delight!

zoopla.co.uk

Actual swoon, such a shame its only half the house, especially for that money and given its likely to be an absolute money pit. Still love it though :p

The Wokingham one will just be used as a building plot for half a dozen houses. It's about 3 miles away from me next to the massive development at the old REME Barracks at Arborfield.

All this nonsense about Wokingham being the best place to live; It was a nice, pretty market town until the late 80's when they started building housing estates all round, it to the point where it is now just amorphous, continuous, suburban sprawl filling the gap betwen Reading and Bracknell. Pretty much every single piece of green space has been built on, but they're having a good go at filling the last few as well.

Ooh, I hadn't seen that SPP either - I'm a couple of miles down the hill from WA (right under the David Brown tractor on that map :) )
