If that doesn’t take your fancy, you could always buy (one of) Phil Neville’s houses ( rightmove.co.uk ) When you mentioned horrible houses on Wigton Lane, all I can think of is the “Yellow bungalow”, which I think may be no longer (but it’s a while since I went along Wigton Lane)!

But imagine having to have a panic room built into your house. I know someone who did that, there a bit out in the sticks and worth a fortune. I also know someone who has 24h security at their house, and one of their fears was the children being kidnapped
