Apologies Chris, been out since I posted - the 15% one is the one you get for signing up to the Run1000 miles in 2022 with TrailRunning mag, but I don't think you get free postage with that one, so you haven't lost out any :-)

jda the Alpha feel fast and my HR seemed lower at certain points, however my training has been such of late that it could be just progress :¬)

chunkywizard sadly she has been ill this week so it may turn into a slower jog. Make sure you find me and say hello, I shall be in Orange :¬)

The Next are slightly faster than 4% based on the research. Definitely close enough for fit to make a difference though.

It's quite funny that most don't like the actual sub 2 shoe.

Enjoy, jda :) I'd have been at Haweswater this year if I wasn't already committed to Rhayader. It's one I really like and it's a club championship half.

I've got a ten mile race this weekend. First time doing this course in magic shoes. Due to the Miracle of Birthdays, I only need to knock two seconds per mile off my 2019 time to get a 76% age grade. I'm in reasonable form and not dismissing the possibility.

Indeed, Gobi :) It's all about getting older faster than you get slower.

I’ll be at Wokee too. Might be looking for an orange slipstream up that last climb! Will be in lurid green next%.

Exciting times, my AF should be delivered today ready for a 10 mile race on Sunday.

I'm guessing I'll be ok to race in them out of the box? I've been wearing the tempos so hopefully my legs are used to the style

I think you'll be fine Chris, especially as you've been using the Tempo's. I wore mine for a 10k with only one previous run in them and had no issues.
