Superb time Smout, I don't think anyone doubted you'd smash 3:30! :-)

Jovi Runner
To cut a long story very short as still quite upset, agonising foot pain resulted in me having to pull out at 13 mile mark - hobbled to where I dould cross the road and get to fetchpoint. Have been to A&E & had X ray. Original thought was poss stress fracture but hospital think probably now neuroma which hopefully means quicker recovery. Hoping I can come back to have another go at sub 3:£0 in the autumn. Up until pain it was all going swimmingly as I had got to 13 miles in 7:50 pace and felt great.
