I have given up racing since Jan 2017 but still ran as I could for the positive effects it has physically and mentally. Take care and please still pop in here (like I do!). Our little girl is 15 weeks old this week! My return to any form of exercise is haphazard as I'd rather be playing with her or invariably she requires me for her milk supply! No rush!

Life deals crappy hands sometimes, the important thing is to make the best of it you can, even if some things become out of reach. Love the icon / avatar too - is that new, or was that linked to the fallings over from the past?

If you’d like to continue to contribute then please do. I’m no expert but I do have a close family member with MS. Hoping that you can find the right balance of treatment to keep yourself on your feet. Hope to ‘bump’ in to you soon.
