Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

WW has to be a nailed on sub 3, likely sub 2:55 candidate though - though i think mathematically 2:55 remains sub 3:15!

WW tries to claim he isn't in great shape, but his list of recent HM times tell us otherwise ;-)

We must be due to get our VLM letters soon and conformation of the starts. I think I am back on Red FGFA this year for the first time in maybe 3 years. Hopefully can have a fetch meet up there

I always work on the principle that if it's a *different* niggle then that's good Bazo. I don't think I'm every truly niggle / pain free! I've got left shin and right knee bothering me a the moment. But they're *new* problems, so I'm delighted! :-) G

But this thread is the Hotel California of Fetch HG. You can check out any time you like (with a sub 3 or sub 2:45) but you can never leave.

What about a 4 hour + B Rub?! I will do sub 3:15 again, maybe end of 2019 or into 2021. Got to renew my membership every few years! :-) G

Baz - I hope my hip flexor/ adductor/ abs issue doesn't last eight years! Six months has been long enough!

SPR once I found a good physio my issue quickly became manageable. Took me a while to get to that point though.

Baz i only got rid of my 2 year long Achilles issue but i seemed to have developed a groin/abductor issue myself. weird thing is that its on/off. so i'm not suite sure if the swimming i've been doing is the cause or the cure.
