Had a good weekends running Parkrun on Saturday was fastest for around 3 years and first time under 20 mins in 2 years. Sunday was a nice 20 mile run. Legs a little tired towards end but felt good all way around.

I know I'm only in week two of my current HM training block, but I believe I am feeling the accumulative effect of this year's concerted training efforts.

riggys99 3 Sep 12:02am, 3 Sep 2024 3,750 posts	0 riggys99 Quite good feel better than this time last year. Feel training has been better. Time will tell 😁 At moment weather looks ok for race but still a while to go (wind is my main concern with it been on the coast)
