Hit my head on a low branch as I was dazzled by the sun: saw stars & rolled my ankle so badly I needed strapping, a stick to walk with & a few days off. Joined the athletics club a week later 🤣 Much rolling of eyes & head shaking from my then OH as I was still strapped up! Regularly go down on the ground when fell running but no serious injuries sustained thus far fortunately.

My streak is back up to 10 days 😀 - I had to take a break to deal with a couple of family issues that arose simultaneously and 300 miles apart… I could have contrived the odd 1 mile streak saver but I had other things on my mind!
