It didn’t break my streak though 😂 Trails make me very nervous!

I would struggle to recall and document all of my falls. Probably the worst was running into a low hanging road sign which knocked me off my feet, generated a massive gash in my head, lots of blood and essentially an open wound as there was no skin to stitch together. Luckily I had a bus fare on me and got a bus home as I was 6 miles away. I did get some funny looks from the driver and other passengers though

I was more worried that I’d lost the 10km I’d ran when my watch activated the fall alert, it was no good at that time of the morning anyway when my husband was still in bed!
