Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

My streak was lush this morning. Now it’s summer I’ve been practicing run/swim/run

Love it

Have sort of done this for years at the end of runs normally if by the sea or in the lakes but now it’s a thing

Today was a 2mile run and then a 30mins river swim and half mile back to the car

Beautiful!

I’ve really explored my local area through lockdown and been able to really enjoy some new locations and beautiful runs on my doorstep

I have no idea why I didnt explore them before! A positive for me of lockdown

Streak is at 333 today, but I'm kind of treading water as far as runs go. Injury rehab for my long term "glute/piriformis/sciatic nerve thing" means I am doing what I am told for a change - no long runs or fast runs. I am allowed to do slow and short jogs and walking/cycling/swimming in between sitting on a dog ball and stretching. :-( Has to be done (#comebackstronger)

I have no one else that understands..
Today on run #211 I broke my 1km, 1mile, 5km and 10km records.
Polishing off about 2 min from 5km over 4 min from 10km and almost broke a 40min 10km.

Ok it was a track, I have never run on a track before but still, I have run very flat routes.
Didn’t even felt optimal, there’s more to give. Also 70 wava :)

Just wanted to share a nice run!

Btw Garmin says 40:11 on the 10k but 40:14 as a record, but the record here on FE says 40:07. Interesting.

Nicely done Bowman. If you are breaking all records in one run it definitely means you can do faster at 1K-5K! Enjoy the warm glow :-)

CW, yes indeed, I never run those distances by them self though, but just for fun maybe I should.
