Just get well Baz, sooness is relative and not a real word but you get my drift.

I had a minor accident whilst working on breaking up some decking and fell over arresting my fall with my knee. First thought after some expletives was arghh my streak. Fortunately just some grazing but it has stiffened up during today, glad I got up at dawn for a run before work.
