I like that thinking too!

Having just lost 36lbs since July I really don’t want to eat that amount of cake.

Besides I burn more like 85 Cals per mile.

They are comfort food for me...and I've slipped a bit. Time to start making real food for myself again. It makes a world of difference for me.

Sushi.
Being gluten intolerant helps as it’s not as easy to buy snacks etc out and about or eat cake and biscuits at work.
Main thing for me was alcohol.
