I finally bagged a 6.5 mile run today whoooooop! Taken me many months to build up to this distance. Am so chuffed with my little self.

Stay well all. Recover quickly from any injuries and keep running x

Day 250 today with 16K inc. 10K at Lactate Threshold. Got a nice shiny badge as well :-)

Day 292 after a small 2 miles, though I did 6 miles yesterday. Longer run tomorrow. :)
