Bja, don’t worry. I’m on holiday and am in the middle of nowhere. I reckon I only have 80 or so squares available to me so I doubt I will trouble you.

Thanks for all the well wishes people. Glad to report streak saver day 242 was much better and the ankle feels almost 100%. Should be fine for doing todays missed session tomorrow hopefully 😊

The interesting thing for me is because you run literally every day you run through niggles and on the days when normally you’d not bother. I’ve never trained with any kind of plan beyond long runs at the weekend. It was surprising I first when started a streak that there’s maybe a day every week (and not always after a harder effort or longer outing) when you feel rubbish plus probably a day per week when you feel good for no particular reason

Oh, and good news TBR. Have I read things have loosened up again a bit in a Leicester? 🦊

If you mean I can now go to a hair salon or casino, than yes DT. Neither is of much use to me unfortunately. That's it as far as I can tell. Still can't visit family. Incredible.

DT - I know what you mean. Yesterday I felt awful and really had to drag the mileage out as I felt a bit faint and rough, but today managed to get a run in that felt much easier despite going longer and faster.

You go out on days when you’d ‘normally’ stay on the settee and they can be horrible, but then you go out when you’d have possibly missed a nice run out. Also if you do have a poor run you’ll invariably feel better the next day
