I am required to submit an expression of interest for a job in the restructure by 5pm, guess what, I am not interested, I will wait to see what happens next but in any case will be putting in my notice, there is a 4 month transition period, I will offer to stay until December if they want or it will be 1 month notice, I am happy with my decision.

great news Mrs JJ

no news for me but there is rumours that there will be another round of redundancies in Feb
so wondering if I should hold back my PT request and stay a bit longer .... my work anniversary is Jan so money will increase then too

so confused!

That’s nearly six months away. And after that there’ll be talk of more redundancies. Is the redundancy money going to be a huge amount?
