I'm on permanent nights and just taken up running again. Managing to get out before I go to bed.

I might revive this thread for the night shift workers! Just woken up at 10am, looked at watch realised I could do with another hour pulled down eye mask, rolled over! Bloody doorbell goes so I get up. Pretty much wide awake now!

Please Jelly. I've added to watch list. I'm still off this week.
A pain when that happens

I do struggle to sleep Owlie, I’m not sure how I’d manage 4 on and 4 off which is what the rest of my shift do!

Hello another night worker here so started watching this thread. Off Monday and Tuesday night but back tonight Wednesday. I am a staff nurse working in medical admissions mainly with the odd night in ED. I work permanent nights. At least once a week i run to and from work (7 miles each way)
