Just woken up at 10am, looked at watch realised I could do with another hour pulled down eye mask, rolled over! Bloody doorbell goes so I get up. Pretty much wide awake now!

I am a staff nurse working in medical admissions mainly with the odd night in ED. I work permanent nights. At least once a week i run to and from work (7 miles each way)
