Jelly I'm glad I just do 2 a week. Apart from probably Christmas I might do more. Also have to do some day shifts
I struggle to sleep too if I get 6 I'm lucky. Even tried some wine before bed that hasn't helped

Hi riggsys99!
Well I really don’t know what happened but I went off to sleep with no issues as per normal just before 7 and woke up at 1015 again! The doorbell went so thinking I was the only one here I started to get up when I heard my teenager get it. So I thought I was going back to sleep and 5 minutes later the doorbell went again, the postman with a recorded packet so I’ve given up! Sleeps for wimps! Luckily that’s my night shifts done till next Tuesday!

I did a summer of night shifts and I kind of enjoyed but it was a bit of weird one when i walked home in daylight. It was a warehouse order picker for M&S
I’m in California this week so my days will be your nights so can help keep thread going

The night before a night shift I always stay up till at least midnight! That’s tonight but I’m only working one night this week!
