I liked it. Scary and some laugh out loud moments. Definitely a kids show, though. No at sophistication in the writing at all. And the spider expert was a terrible actor.

I didn't enjoy that one bit, I couldn't wait for it to end.
It seemed to be a "relationships" episode - between the pilot, her brother, and the android, between Ryan and his dad, and also between the surviving health assistant and herself. That could be the only reason for such dreary writing.

Hopefully no dramatic or storyline spoilers ....
As much as I'm enjoying the quality of the acting I'm beginning to dislike where the show seems to be going ~ with such shockingly simple and overly moralistic stories, I'm not sure how they're able to pull off even half decent performances. And it is the acting which is keeping me switching on each week ~ the give away moment of how to defeat this week's 'not really a baddie at all, not really, not when you look at it from their perspective' was very early on and the moment of realisation should have been near instant as it was fairly (perhaps, blatantly?) obvious ???
Just think, a few months back and a lot of us (including myself) were concerned about Bradley Walsh's casting and thought he might try to steal the scenes and show with comedic relief ... and it turns out he's a bit of a gem and can use his comedic timing for drama too!
JW seems to be finding her feel at last and although the mimicry of her previous incarnations must be planned and purposeful, her journey of becoming 'her' Doctor is starting to wear a tad thin for me

I liked it, except for the ludicrous baddie.

I also liked it. I did wonder how he was going to feed the baby though.
