I'll be doing a nice weights and core session at the gym today. Unfortunately that's because the ankle is out of commission for a week or so tanks to a nasty little wrenching it got yesterday. Not happy about this because it really puts a spanner in the works for me.

Npe, just helping hubby at home yesterday. I have it well supported with an old support. Good gym session done today. Hopefully I might be able to run on Friday if I'm lucky.

Maybe Fetch Publishing Inc could do a second edition. Or it could be the first in my Old Rope Publishing's new elf and fitness list.
