Hmm... a "programme" for Core... maybe thats the answer to my consistency problems. Without meaning to encourage breach of copyright, could you give me a taste of what a few days of that programme looks like? If it's something that I think I can fit around the run/work/sleep cycle I might just have to get me a copy of Fab Abs...

When I searched for 'fab abs' on Amazon, the fifth result returned was C++: The Complete Reference by Harry Schildt. Does programming in C++ give you a strong core and make you a better runner?
