Another 10 miles done.

My strategy is to keep on keeping on.

I've managed over 40 miles per week most weeks this year so far. Not going to add my walking miles as should manage to run it.

5 miles this morning, to take me to 46 miles total. I don't know officially where I am yet as I forgot to upload my run this morning so waiting for it to be shown in the tracker, but I'm probably around Cordova now, which sounds pretty cool.

68 miles for me. Ahead of plan and I’ve run every day so far.

That won’t continue as I do usually have a run rest day a week, but it’s a nice buffer to give headroom for an easy week at the end of the month.

I'm on 43 miles after 7 days running. I'm already finding I'm spending time thinking about the challenge and trying to assess whether I can keep up what will be higher weekly and monthly totals than I have ever run over a prolonged period like this. So far, so good!

Am slowly plodding my way through today, but I have to admit that today has been the first day where I have thought about the mileage I need to do today and had a bit of a mental block.

Does anyone else feel like this at times?

yeah, when I start thinking about the mileage I need to do for the whole thing and that I'll be doing that for another 3.5 months, it seems pretty daunting. So, just trying to focus on what I was doing before I signed up for GVRAT, and that's building up mileage without getting injured. Though with a few tweaks - having added in some walks this week, my legs are feeling it a bit more.
