Another 10.4 miles today as making the most of being off. Taking the 8year old out for a mile or 2 shortly as well which will all add up eventually!

61 miles done so far. Now in Oakland. Have a busier work week next week so mileage likely to fall slightly.

Thank you Synge To start with I have decided to do 40 miles a week. As a starter I will walk/run, with the aim of being able to run the entire 40 miles over the week as I have never run 40 miles in a week before. As a runstreaker I continued Marcothon rules when December finished, right the way up to mid-April and aside from April, Dec-March were all 100 mile months. Figured I could do that and walk the rest if I needed to as a basis for entering the race. |

A strategy Vixx! Sounds very good. My plan is to stick to 100 miles of running this month and hope it gets topped up with a few bits of walking. Then I'm going to try and do 200 miles next month (previous PB: 147) to catch up... and earn a couple of extra badges too Meanwhile, I'm on 33 miles and am in Memphis. I've written a blog post about it: fetcheveryone.com/blog/24788/2020/05#406112 |

Slightly ahead of my monthly 145/155/165/175 schedule but I’ll have an easy week if there’s headroom last week of May. I’ve run every day in May so far and I’m usually a 5-6 times a week bloke Must have another crack at sorting the map tracker thing. |
