Very good. Much bigger head than mine.
Some flowering in greenhouse, biggest is outside, not yet flowering. One planted outside fairly early has flowered at under four feet.

Very nice RH! One of mine is starting to form a flower, but not very tall. I'll use new seeds next year...these were 'recycled' self-seeders.

I have one that’s over six foot, I think. And my guerillas are coming along nicely on the bunding, although not getting particularly tall.

I saw some huge sunflowers in a garden while out running, the homeowner was in his garden so I stopped to ask his secret, he told me he had tried various different seeds but never any success in height and size so decided to pop a few seeds he had bought for bird feeding with far more success!

I have self-sown bird seed sunflowers all over the place, but none are as strong as the one I sowed and have been feeding seaweed extract to.

Much sunflower envy: hardly any of mine germinated, and then they were eaten. Love the pics!
