Quite a bunch of us around Grafham Water too. A place on this route that I've actually run around (I did the Grafman triathlon in 2015).

Considering that there is very little actual running in my track training (sprints, jumps and throws) I’ve discovered I cover quite a few miles - esp in a two to three hour session.

It would be nice to finish in the first hundred... but my athletics takes precedence.
