Me neither LG, I have managed to ignore the lot. Aside from when I woke early Friday to check the election news only to find them interviewing people camping on the mall. I dont have a problem with them if thats what they wish to do, I do wonder why I cant camp out on the mall at any time though. It would be so much cheaper than a hotel around Picadilly. |

If people are going to start referring to unsubstantiated conspiracy theories its time for me to leave. Whilst Charles, and the rest of the Royals, treated Diana appallingly, and must therefore bear a large degree of responsibility for what happened to her, there seems to be little evidence that any of them had a direct hand in her death. Or that it was anything other than an accident. An entirely avoidable one, but an accident nonetheless. There's no doubt in my mind that Charles is entirely unfit to be King for a number of reasons, and is certainly not someone I'd pay homage to. But murder? No sorry. For one thing I think he's too weak to go along with it. Nope sorry - I'm done here... |

I went to Windsor for the coronation yesterday. But I carried on running all the way to Oxford. Closest I came to swearing allegiance was swearing as I slipped on some mud and grabbed some nettles to regain my balance |

Yes, I am with Fellrunning on that too. The way Diana was treated lead to her having to flee a hotel in a car that crashed and killed her so indirectly, they drove her to behaviour that lead to her death. They didn't purposefully kill her. If they found her untimely death convenient? we can only speculate 😎 |

Wearing a seatbelt might have prevented her death. IIRC the only one to survive the crash was wearing their seatbelt. Conspiracy theories around Diana's death, well I'm with Fellrunning. |
