I'm in again, hoping for less knee niggles this year and get back to completing the challenge in 2015. Good luck everyone

Less knee niggles and ankle anxieties all round let's hope.

Dithered about signing up for this because I'd rather have performance than mileage goals. A training schedule shouldn't require me to *do* x miles per month come what may. So, without being bothered if I miss out the odd one, I'm in. Since I've ambitiously signed up for 1500 in the year I have to be here too!

18 so far - beginning to stretch my legs with longer runs. Liking it.

Blimey, I turn my back for a minute and Haggis slips in :P

Having temporary custody of a hound that trots along at just faster than my walking pace means that I've made a good start to the month. 35 miles so far.

V-rap, getting out with the houndlet regularly myself, glad to see you've joined the dog-running fraternity… :P

USB, hound is attached by a 2m line so doesn't do quite as much extra distance as she would if she was free-running.

Started Cani-Crossing in October and am currently trying to get a local group going here (Dundee & Angus), quite a lot of interest starting to build up throughout the country for the sport.

Also joined local running club to give myself a bit of an incentive… ;)

Way behind already, just done my first mile or so, but as long as my ankle doesn't flare up tomorrow should be kicking on and getting the mileage up.
