Good advice thanks, USB. It was slippery on my run this morning. It slowed me down a bit. I managed 4 miles though.

Frosty? where on earth are you?
Was v. icy on monday morning but been mild here yesterday and today... Although my x-talons gave a superb grip in the ice / snow, I think I must have been holding myself rather tense as calves have been agony since then! Hope they'll be OK for club run tonight.
Currently at 17 miles, with another 6.3 planned for tonight.

I am in rural Buckinghamshire Haggis Monday and Tuesday were mild but icy today. I'd really prefer the weather to decide what it is doing and stick to it.

41 so well on target but struggling to get back to where I want to be after an easy December.
