My wife is having a second knee replacement in mid June and I'll want to be on hand for the first few weekends. On July 2nd I'm doing the Kidney Research London Bridges walk, so it would be a bit much to be doing the TBC the day before as well.

There will be various route options from long to short and somewhere in the middle and all sorts of speeds including run, jog, run-walk or walk-walk if that's what you want to do.
