I walked a bit of the GUC in Dalson on Saturday. It's very popular, and why people weren't constantly falling into the water is difficult to understand, so crowded is it.

I've never run from Limehouse inland but I know people who do, I'll check with them. There's the canal and the Lea I think.

I was also thinking of GUC on the western London bit where I run a lot. Will have a think also.

Yes that's what I was thinking! I used to run up to Canary Wharf you can do a few bridges there and its often like a ghost town on sat
