I thoroughly enjoyed it, although it felt quite odd not running with Jigs, pleased to hear he ran with Paula, TeeBee & Fleecy :-) I should thank Pothunter & Peregrinator for keeping me and Sam on the correct route :-)

As discussed in the pub I’ve created feature request 1588 to add toilets to the Places of Interest page :-)

For next time, be it noted that there is a new bridge at Barnes Bridge. It doesn't cross the river but it does avoid having to go far from the river.

Thanks Chris. That's interesting - being relatively local I may actually use the one at Barnes at some point in the future.

Fetch demanded, as if I were a mere consumer of an online service, that I should fill add my results for the race. As AR and I were the only competitors in our particular walk, I have happily put myself down as first in the race. If AR does that as well it will make her first-equal, in the absence of a camera or reliable memory to determine which of us actually reached the bus stop first.

Thanks to everyone involved in setting this up, booking, arranging the absence of rain and occasional beam of sunshine, additional toilet facilities, views of the Thames and Battersea power station. And to those able to be there to make it a great day out.
